1. Access Billing Page

To access Billing:

1. Click on the Workspace Menu.

• Click on the Billing Sub-menu.

2. Your Plan & Billing Details

2.1 Current Plan

This section provides an overview of your workspace and your current subscription plan.

The workspace overview will include the following elements:

• Workspace Name: The name of your workspace. Changeable in ⚙️ Workspace Settings.
• Current Plan: The current active subscription.
• Plan Period: The billing cycle or duration of your subscription.
• Number of Seats: The number of seats currently occupied in the workspace.

There are two (2) types of Subscription Plans:

• FREE Plan: If you're on our FREE plan, the plan period will be empty as it never expires.

• PAID Plan: For paid plans, the plan period is based on your initial subscription date, either monthly or yearly. This includes our Simple, Pro and Enterprise plans.

  Note that TESSR's paid subscription plans automatically renew (Recurring ♾️) unless manually cancelled.

2.1.1 Adding More Seats

Before inviting additional people to your workspace, ensure you have enough seats available.

FREE Plan: Comes with 5 seats by default.

PAID Plan: Purchase additional seats up to the limitation of your plan to accommodate more people.
