How to Access Insights

There are a few ways to find the Insights module on TESSR.

1. Your own Insights

• Click on your Profile at the top right corner.

• Select the :icon---custompeopleinsight:Insights icon next to your name.

2. Other people's Insights

You can see other members’ Insights information if: (i) You are from the same team, (ii) You share the same project(s). If you are on the same team as your teammate but not sharing the same project, you will see a notification indicating the number of private scenes on the :icon--photovideo:Assigned Scenes tab. This ensures the confidentiality required in several creative sectors.

• Available under the assignee drop-down menus in the Review, My Work, and Project Directory modules.

• Hover over a User's name and click the :icon---custompeopleinsight:Insights icon.

Insights Overview

TESSR's Insights module consists of four key sections:

1. Basic Information (Top bar)

At the top of the Insights pop-up, you will find:

• User’s email (copyable via the :icon--copy:Copy icon)

• Profile Insights link (shareable via the :icon--link:Copy Link icon)

• User’s team(s)
