1. Access the Project Directory

To access Project Directory:

  1. Click Planning on the menu bar.
  2. Click Project Directory in the sub-menu.

2.1 Create a Project or Sub-levels

2.1.1 Create a New Project

To create a Project:

  1. Click ➕ New Project.

  2. In the General tab, enter the required details:

    1. Name
    2. Code
    3. Scheduled Start and Due date (optional)
    4. Add a Thumbnail (optional)
  3. Click Next.

  4. In the Status tab, choose a Status Template from the Workspace Templates.

    *For subscribed users: Click Create New Template to customise your own workflow.

  5. Click Create to finish the process.

2.1.2 Create a New Entity (Sub-levels)

To create a Process/Episode/Take:

  1. Click ➕ New Process/Episode/Take (depends on which level you are at)
  2. In the General tab, enter the required details:
    1. Name
    2. Code
    3. Scheduled Start and Due date (optional)
    4. Add a Thumbnail (optional)
  3. Click Create to finish the process.

2.2 Manage a Project or Sub-levels
