To access Project Directory, follow these steps:

  1. Click Planning on the menu bar.
  2. Click Project Directory.

1. Project and Its Structure

<aside> 🗒️ TESSR follows a hierarchical structure with four (4) levels for a project: Project, Process, Episodes, and Take.

1.1 Create a Project or Sub-levels

To create an entity, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Click âž• New Project/Process/Episode/Take (depends on which level you are at)

  2. In the General tab, enter the required details:

    1. Name
    2. Code
    3. Scheduled Start and Due date (Optional)
  3. Click Next (for Project) or Create (for other levels)

  4. (for Project)

    In the Status tab, choose a Status Template from the Workspace Templates.

    ⚠️ For subscribed users: Click Create New Template to customise your own workflow.

  5. Click Create to finish the process.

1.2 Manage a Project or Sub-levels

1.2.1 General Tab

To manage each level’s General tab information, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the thumbnail and click:icon---ellipsisvertical: More Actions.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the General tab, you can update the following:
    1. Name
    2. Code
    3. Description
    4. Start and End Date
    5. Change Thumbnail
  4. Once you’ve made your changes, click Save Changes.
