👉 TESSR’s Project Directory is the central location where users can create and manage projects, and grant access to other team members. It's a hierarchical structure consisting of four levels of Entities and one Item level. The Project Directory is a powerful tool for organizing and tracking projects and ensuring that users have access to the files and information they need.

To access Project Directory, follow these steps:
- Click on the Planning Menu.
- Click on the Project Directory Sub-menu.
Entity
📂 Create an Entity (Project, Process, Episode, Take)
- Click on ➕ New Project, or within a project click on ➕ New Process and so on.
- In the General tab, fill in the required information for the Project Name and Code.
- In the Status tab, choose a Status Template from the Status Library.
- 💡If you do not have any status templates, go to the Status Library to create one before continuing.
- To create the project, click on the Create button.
Manage an Entity
- Click on the three-dot icon at the top right of an Entity tile, then click ⚙️ Settings.

To add, update or remove Coordinators, Teams, Reviewers and Metrics, click on the desired tab.
- Add by clicking on the ➕ Plus icon on the right side of the popup window.
- Remove by clicking on the 🗑️ Bin icon on the left side of the popup window.
- To save the changes made on the tab, click on the 💾 Save changes button.
