To access Project Directory, follow these steps:

1. Click Planning on the menu bar.
2. Click Project Directory.

1. Entity

<aside> 🗒️ TESSR follows a hierarchical structure of four (4) entity levels: Project, Process, Episodes and Take.

1.1 Creating an Entity

To create an entity, follow these simple steps:

1. Click ➕ New Project/Process/Episode/Take

2. In the General tab, enter the required details and click Next:

   1. Project Name
   2. Project Code
   3. Scheduled Start and Due Date (Optional)

3. In the Status tab, choose a Status Template from the Workspace Templates.

   ⚠️ If no status templates are available, click Create New Template to create one before continuing.

4. Click Create to finish the process.

1.2 Manage an Entity

<aside> 🗒️ Entities inherit Coordinators, Teams, Supervisors, and Reviewers from the parent Entity.

To manage your Entity details, dates, assignees and thumbnail, follow these steps:

1. Hover over the entity tile and click ****:icon---ellipsisvertical: More Actions.

2. Click :icon---screwdriverwrench:Settings.

3. Click on the tab you wish to update, such as Coordinators, Teams, Supervisors, Reviewers and Metrics.

   1. To Add: Click the :icon--plus:Plus icon on the right side of the popup window
   2. To Remove: Click the :icon--trashcan:Bin icon on the left side of the popup window

4. Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.

   ⚠️ Ensure you click Save Changes before switching tabs.
