1. Accessing Status Library

To access the Status Library:

  1. Click Planning.
  2. Click to expand Library.
  3. Click Status in the sub-menu.

2. Status Template

Status is used to track the progress of a project or specific tasks. They provide a quick overview of where things stand and help teams stay aligned.

2.1 Create a Status Template

To create a Status Template:

  1. Click ➕ New Template.
  2. Name your new template in the name field.
  3. Click Create Template.

Alternatively, you can quickly create a status template from any other pages by clicking on :icon--plus:New button on the top right corner of your menu bar.

2.2 Create a Status

To create a Status:

  1. Go to the Active Status column.
  2. Name your new status by filling out the input field.

  1. Click the ◻️Color field and choose a status colour.
