<aside> 👉 The Team Lounge module enables users to create teams and add members to them. By default, teams that users create are only visible and usable by the creator. To share a team with the workspace, change its status from private to public or share it only with specific individuals.

To access Team Lounge, follow these steps:

• Click on the Planning Menu.
• Click on the Team Lounge Sub-menu.

📂 Create a Team

• To create a team, click on the ➕ New team button.
• Give the team a name by filling in the name field.
• To create a team, click the Create team button.

Manage a Team

To manage a team on the team editor page, click on a Team name in the team table.

Add or remove members

Team members will appear on the left side, under “Selected Members”. Available people in the workspace will appear on the right side under “All People”.

• To add a person to the team, click on the ➕ Plus icon on the very right of the people tile.
• To remove a person from the team, click on the 🗑️ Bin icon on the very right of the people tile.

Add or remove team leaders

• To add a team leader, click on the 👤 Team leader button on the far left side of the page.
• Search for a team leader by typing in the search field.

Share a team

Share teams so others have access to the team to update and collaborate.
