Your browser stores temporary files (cache) to speed up loading. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted cache can cause issues like blank screens or missing content after login. Clearing cache removes these files so your browser loads the latest version of TESSR.
Navigate to **https://app.tessr.us/start**.
Open Site Information
Next to the URL in the address bar, click the View site information icon.
Access Cookies & Site Data
In the popup, click Cookies & Site data.
Manage On-Device Site Data
Select Manage on-device site data.
Delete TESSR Data
You’ll see two rows for TESSR. Click the Trash bin icon next to both.
Confirm Deletion
To confirm deletion click Done.
Reload and Log In
Chrome will prompt you to Reload the page. Click Reload, then log in again.
