1. Eligibility

• This one‑time 50% discount applies only to Subscribers who have never purchased a paid Subscription Plan for the relevant Workspace before.
• Ineligible:
  • Anyone who previously cancelled (voluntarily or for non‑payment) any paid TESSR Subscription Plan and then re‑subscribed.
  • Any Subscriber or Workspace that has already redeemed this offer.
  • Limit of one discounted yearly Subscription per Workspace.

2. Discount Details

• What you get: 50% off the plan fee (before taxes and any usage overages) for the first 12‑month cycle of a new yearly Simple or Pro plan.
• Offer window: Only Subscription Plans activated between May 19, 2025 and September 30, 2025 are eligible.
• Renewals: After the initial 12 months, plans renew automatically at 100% of the then‑current list price.
• Additional seats: Any seats added during and after the first year are billed at the standard per‑seat rate (no discount).

3. Redemption

• Select Yearly Billing at checkout and meet the eligibility criteria—no coupon code required. The 50% discount will be auto‑applied.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

• Automatic Renewal: Subscription Plans renew automatically upon the expiry of the term of the subscription unless otherwise terminated prior to such expiry.
• Renewal Pricing: Renewals billed at the then‑current list price for the chosen plan.
• Failed Payment: If payment cannot be processed on the renewal date, the Subscription Plan is not renewed and will terminate.
• Upgrades & Proration: Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately and are prorated; no discount applies to the prorated charge.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Taxes: Subscriber is responsible for all applicable taxes.
