To access Workspace Settings, follow these steps:

• Click on the Workspace Menu.
• Click on the Settings Sub-menu.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

TESSR users can secure their account using 2FA. This is optional for the user.

• To enforce all users of the workspace to set up 2FA, change the Two-Factor Authentication toggle to ON.
• To confirm, click Yes, Enable ✅.

<aside> ❗ Users of the workspace who haven't setup 2FA yet will be logged out of their account immediately.

• To remove 2FA requirement for the workspace, change the Two-Factor Authentication toggle to OFF.
• To confirm, click Yes, Disable 🚫.

Your workspace's storage capacity is determined by your subscription plan and the number of seats you have. The information you see about your workspace is updated at least once a day.
