<aside> 👉 The Woohoo module is a tool that calculates the *weighted completion percentage of projects. With the ability to zoom into different entity levels, users can gain a better understanding of the overall progress of a specific entity.

*Weighted Completion Percentage: This is a way to measure progress that takes into account the importance of different statuses in a project. Instead of treating all statuses equally, it gives more weight to the important ones.

For example, you have three statuses:

If Status A is 50% complete, Status B is 80% complete, and Status C is 100% complete, the weighted completion percentage will reflect that Status A's progress matters more than Status C's.

1. Find TESSR Woohoo (Woohoo)

To access Woohoo, follow these steps:

2. Woohoo Report Type

2.1 All Projects

The default report type is All projects. This type of report is based on the three default status groups, which are:

  1. ⬜ Planned: Tasks awaiting execution.
  2. 🟦 Active: Tasks being worked on. This includes all intermediate statuses, such as In Progress, In Review, Ready to Review, etc.
  3. 🟩Completed: Tasks that are done and require no further action.

A status template can be created by certain roles of the workspace. They are customisable, allowing users to choose colours and names for each status.
